?? Join Our Team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist! ??

Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with customers, solving payment issues, and keeping accounts accurate? We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team and play a key role in maintaining healthy customer accounts and cash flow.

In this role, you'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure payments are applied correctly, accounts are reconciled, and credit processes run smoothly.

? What We're Looking For

• Accounts Receivable, cash application, or collections experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with AS400 is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication
• Post customer checks and ACH remittances into AS400
• Process credit card payments over the phone
• Print remittances and apply payments to the correct invoices
• Issue and process customer refund checks
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documentation
• Save invoices and backup documentation to portal files
• Assist management with Accounts Receivable issues and special projects

?? Credit & Customer Support

• Process customer credit applications
• Conduct credit verifications and inquiries
• Run Credit Safe reports
• Apply and remove customer credit holds in AS400
• Update customer accounts upon credit approval

?? Collections & Customer Communication

• Send monthly customer statements by the 10th of each month
• Follow up with customers on past-due balances
• Assist customers with invoice and account questions
• Update invoice delivery information and resolve billing issues
